Cooking Classes

Our classes serve as an extension of our restaurant, Mamma’s Kitchen which focuses on cooking with fresh and healthy ingredients. The majority of the cooking classes are focused on the Mediterranean Diet, which is a lifestyle we promote throughout the store. All classes are held at EVOO at Mamma’s Market (next door to the restaurant) The cooking classes are an interactive class which is usually 2 hours where you make the meals in groups and then get to enjoy it at the end. The cooking class sessions are usually 6-8 people. During spring and summer time when weather permits, we have an outdoor kitchen that is also used. Every month, we have set out classes that you can purchase. We also offer private cooking parties if you’d like to get your own group together. These are great events like birthday parties, showers, and co worker bonding sessions.

• Seafood Paella:  A medley of seafood, rice, and veggies.
• Watercress Salad: Made with a homemade Lemon Champagne Vinaigrette
• Pumpkin Caramel Flan: Great fall dessert using EVOO’s Vanilla Balsamic
